The iPRENA-M-H is a high accurate advanced RLG based INS, being designed to provide a replacement for elder "modular azimuth and position systems" (MAPS) inertial navigation systems of type MAPS / DRU of several manufacturers.
The iPRENA-M-H is based on iMAR's iNAT-RQH series, but provides the following interfaces of the MAPS / DRU:
Additionally, the iPRENA-M-H comes with additional interfaces like Ethernet and CAN and can include already a high performance GNSS receiver (up to RTK performance).
It consists of 3 high reliable ring laser gyro axes and 3 servo accelerometer axes, integrated GNSS Receiver (GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BEIDOU; SBAS), wheel sensor interface and an advanced 42+ state Kalman filter based INS/GNSS loosly or tightly coupled data fusion.
Depending on the class of performance, iPRENA-M-H is under ITAR control.
Since 2021 the product group iPRENA-II, iPRENA-III, iPRENA-IV, iPRENA-M-II, iPRENA-M-III, iPRENA-M-IV is the successor of iPRENA-M-H. These systems are not under ITAR control but only under standard dual-use export control. The solutions are interface compatible. Nevertheless, the elder iPRENA-M-H is still deliverable on request.
